Top Climbing Peak AT Everest Region

Climbing is the best experiences of trekking in the Himalayan Region of Nepal. Island peak (6189m) climbing is one of the most popular destination for climbers, located in Everest region near Chhukung Glacier. Which offers complete 360 o  panoramic view of towering peak like Everest (8,848m), Lhotse (8,516m), Ama Dablam (6,856m), and Makalu (8,463m) and the whole entire valley.

You will take a short flight to the small Himalayan village of Lukla, and gradually advances up to north through the scenic Sherpa villages of Phakding, Namche, Tengboche, Dingboche and Chhukung, after you will move to Island peak base camp. Similarly while trekking to Island Peak Base camp you will explore some monasteries. Island Peak can be combined with Everest Base Camp trek together at same time. This is not too tough for climbing, but it may little technical.

Mera Peak

Mera peak is another popular climbing destination at Everest region, which is officially highest trekking peak in Nepal. This peak have three summits: Mera South, Mera Central and Mera North, but generally Mera Peak climbing means to Climbing Mera Central.

First you will embark on short flight to Lukla. The trek begins at Lukla and gradually advances through the eastern section of Khumbu valley towards Makalu Barun National Park. You will pass through numerous Sherpa villages namely Chutang, Kothe and Thangnak en route to Khare, then you will make your way towards Mera Peak Base camp. One at the summit, you will be welcome with majestic panorama of Barun valley and towering mountains Everest (8,848m), Cho Oyu (8,188m), Lhotse (8516m), Makalu (8,463m) and Kanchenjunga (8,586m) among other peaks.

Lobuche East

Climbing to Lobuche East 

Comparing Island Peak and Mera Peak, this is more challenging peak for climb. It certainly more technical, which have two summit Lobuche far and Lobuche east. This is one of the most popular trekking peaks in Nepal to have majestic panoramic view of mountains including Everest.

You will take a flight to Tenzing Hilary Airstrip in Lukla and begin trekking. The trek passes through popular Sherpa villages namely Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche and Lobuche. Afterward you will take a detour east of the Lobuche village to arrive at Lobuche High Camp, (5400m) located at the southwest ridge of the peak. At summit you will be welcomed with beautiful sight of the everest Mountain Range and Khumbu Glacier. Lobuche Peak climb can be combined with Everest Base Camp Trek together at same time.
